Treatment Warranty

Dr. Wells uses only the finest, most current, and technologically advanced materials and equipment. He uses the best lab service available, and his staff is highly trained to provide the best service possible. With this in mind, Dr. Wells will guarantee work performed in his office with the following warranty:

Fillings

In the event of failure, fillings will be repaired or replaced for two years following the initial placement.

Crowns and Bridges

Crowns and Bridges are guaranteed against fracture and will be repaired or replaced for five years following the initial placement.

For the above warranty to remain in effect, patients must maintain a regular cleaning, exam, and x-ray schedule. Because each patient has different needs, this prescribed schedule will vary by patient. Recommendations for home care of your teeth must be followed, and accounts must be kept in good standing.
